I am a general music teacher and I use it with all my lower grades, doing a variety of activities. The singing is not very good. Sometimes I even feel the need to mention this to the listeners before I play the CD. When I have not done so, the students just spent time laughing instead of listening. Any adults that are in the room when it is played comment on how difficult it is to listen to this vocalist. The general consensus is, "I love the book, but I can't stand to listen to that singer."
